Congratulations to the NEW OMBUDSMAN for Public Health Users on their appointment!

On Wednesday, October 9, the Ombudsman visited the new Ombudsman for Public Health Users of the Balearic Islands at their office on Rosa Street in Palma.

The Ombudsman, accompanied by her former Deputy, held a meeting with Mr. Bou, the new head of that institution, replacing Ms. Llull. During the meeting, which lasted more than an hour and a half, there was time to establish a good rapport between the institutions.

The Ombudsman outlined the areas of collaboration with the institution now represented by Mr. Bernardí Bou, and he expressed concern about understanding the motivations behind the most significant complaints in the municipality of Palma, among which the Ombudsman highlighted the RENOU initiative, due to its strong connection to health.

The meeting concluded with a commitment to mutual support in all matters that help improve service to citizens, always with the utmost spirit of service.
