"Rosa Bueno" Awards 2024

Once again, the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Palma has made possible the delivery of the Rosa Bueno Awards, despite the difficulties and lack of institutional support. In fact, the event was made possible through self-financing and the solidarity of the citizens and other associations.

The ceremony took place at the Teatre del Mar, which was filled with the participation of various personalities from the culture and politics of our islands.

• Award for trajectory and citizen participation, Maria Bonnín, union representative of chambermaids and feminist, also active in the Neighborhood Association of Puig de Sant Pere.
• Neighborhood Association Award, Son Cladera Neighborhood Association.
• Non-Neighborhood Association Award, Association of Friends of the Sahrawi People of the Balearic Islands.

The Citizen's Advocate, who attended to support this event, wishes to thank the Federation of Neighbors and its current board for their work with the citizens and the resilience of the entity in the face of difficulties, as well as the assertive attitude that is necessary for building a mature society.
