"Encesa de Torres, Talaies i Talaiots", for Human Rights

This Saturday, January 13, we will experience another edition of the "ENCESA DE TORRES, TALAIES I TALAIOTS." The Ombudsman of Palma does not directly collaborate, but the reason for the 2024 ignition is Human Rights, and a cause like this deserves at least our recognition and dissemination.

On the poster, you can see the organizations that are organizing the event and those that are collaborating in it. Below, there is a map with the location of all the towers, talaies, and talaiots that have confirmed their participation. We also attach the manifesto that this year has been drafted by the writer from Lleida, Josep Vallverdú.

We hope that the day is a success and that the "ENCESA DE TORRES," which in the past served for the defense of the inhabitants of our islands, serves in 2024 to give visibility to the defense of HUMAN RIGHTS for people who leave their countries, forced by wars, violence, or misery, risking their lives in the Mediterranean.
