We're starting the year 2024

We start the year with renewed energy to take on the tasks outlined in our regulations regarding citizen rights' care. We have fewer resources than last year, but despite that, we will strive to ensure that it does not affect the institution's commitment to the citizens.

We have already begun meetings, new initiatives, and the memory schedule, which once again should serve to present the previous year's true reality to the citizens. We can reveal that the initial draft indicates that 565 cases have been processed, of which we have resolved over 85%. Here are some of the most important documents from 2023, Recommendations, Warnings, and Suggestions, what we call 'RAS'.

Therefore, we hope that in 2024 your relationship with the Palma city council is always satisfactory. However, if you have any complaints or suggestions, our doors are open, and the Ombudsman is at your service.
